    Time to think and learn

In El Salvador since 5 month. 100 days in total quarantine! Still in stay at home mode with only first necessity shops open. The airport is still close and should not be opening before end of august. We could be feeling locked down, frustrated at home and have the impression of getting nowhere. On the contrary this forced sabbatical gave us the opportunity to settle. Some people feel that time has been taking out of their lives. We feel like we have been given time. Time to think, rest, rethink and remodel what had been decided. Make our home comfortable, cosy and delightful. Learn what patience is. Learn to let go of some things and learn a new way of functioning. I would be lying if I said it was always easy. But isn't the challenge better than just winning with no effort? Life is about growing and learning every day. This adventure has brought me new perspectives, new challenges and I embrace them all.

Our house has become our peaceful place, enjoyable in every moment of the day. A place to be, to relax, to think, to rest, but above all a place to be creative, creating a bright and fearless future, a future that we hold in our hands. A sunny future for us all, doing what we love most. Believing in changes, is what creates them. Having the faith in our dreams and goals, visualizing their realization is what keeps me sane in this strange year.

Manifesting these goals and dreams allows me to stay positive. To see the stars during the day, to see the sun in a cloudy day. Keeping my feet on the ground during the whole process keeps me living our lives in the present, keeping this beautiful feeling of accomplishment and a positive energy for all what still is to come. Suddenly all our fears feel far away. The energy that surrounds us becomes strong. We realize we have to make the changes. We can make the changes. Small changes feel strong. They bring us to the next challenge and open up new doors. Having so many keys in our hands make us feel powerful and creates empowerment around us. New opportunities that are created can be shared and send in the world like million new stars . Creating as well new opportunities for a million new people willing and ready as well to make those small changes.

"If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito." Dalai Lama

so lets make a better tomorrow starting it today. . .
